INTRODUCTION AND COMPLIANCE The individual owner and operator of Overcore, the details of which are indicated in the Terms of Service, provides you with an automation management interface and related digital services. Overcore operates in strict compliance with the Discord Privacy Policy and the Discord Developer Policy. Overcore seeks to ensure the highest level of data privacy when offering its products to customers and subscribers (collectively, “You”, or “Users”). At Overcore, the privacy and security of our Users is of paramount importance. We are committed to protecting the data you share with us. When this Policy mentions “Overcore”, “we”, “us”, or “our”, it refers to the party responsible for the protection of your personal information in line with this Privacy Policy (“Data Controller”). This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how Overcore processes information that can be used to directly or indirectly identify an individual (“Personal Data”) collected on our Site and through our automation services (“Service”). All personal data are processed in accordance with the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD) and other applicable international regulations. 2. GENERAL PRINCIPLES AND CONFIDENTIALITY Overcore shall process all Personal Data adhering to the general data processing principles: lawfulness, fairness, and transparency; purpose limitation; data minimization; accuracy; storage limitation; and integrity and confidentiality. All information stored on Overcore’s systems is treated as strictly confidential and accessed only by authorized protocols. 3. DATA COLLECTION AND SCOPE We collect Personal Data through the following methods: Instance Authentication: Upon integration, we record the Unique Identifier of the account holder responsible for the service instance to establish administrative authority. Operational Interaction: Data is processed when a User interacts with the Service. This includes Public Pseudonyms, Account Identifiers, and System Metadata (such as virtual asset balances) necessary for the fulfillment of the Service. Platform Authorization (OAuth2): By utilizing our secure login, we access specific profile attributes including electronic mail addresses and External Platform Identifiers. To provide the management dashboard, the Service retrieves Contextual Metadata regarding managed environments, communication structures, and permission hierarchies directly from the integrated API. Furthermore, we collect and process authentication credentials, such as OAuth2 Access and Refresh Tokens, which are strictly managed to maintain session connectivity. Moderation Logging (Optional): When explicitly enabled by a Server Administrator, the bot processes message content to generate moderation logs (e.g., tracking deleted or edited messages). This data is stored temporarily and is transmitted only to the specific server where the feature was activated. We do not analyze or store these logs globally. 4. DATA RETENTION AND VIRTUAL ECONOMY To ensure the integrity of the virtual economy system, specific Personal Data is subject to extended retention. Persistence: Records associated with internal system assets and balances are stored permanently to maintain service continuity. Termination: Personal Data may be deleted upon verified manual request, system-wide purification due to technical errors, or termination of access due to violations of our Terms of Service. 5. THIRD-PARTY DISCLOSURE Overcore does not sell Personal Data. Disclosure to third parties is limited to: Service Providers: We may share User Identifiers and e-mail addresses with secure third-party payment processors exclusively to facilitate subscription management and billing. Legal Compliance: Disclosure may occur if required by a court order or applicable law. 6. SECURITY MEASURES Overcore implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk. Technical Safeguards: All sensitive data, particularly authentication credentials (such as OAuth2 tokens) and contact information, are subject to robust cryptographic protection (encryption at rest). System databases are hosted in isolated environments, separate from the public web interface, ensuring protection against unauthorized access and accidental loss. 7. USER RIGHTS AND CONTACT Users may exercise their rights to access, rectify, or delete their Personal Data. Requests regarding the processing of personal data should be directed to: support@overcore.online
