OVERVIEW These Terms of Service (“Terms”) set forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the Overcore website (https://overcore.online/) and the systems, features, or tools accessed through this Site (individually and collectively, the “Services”). The Terms and the documents to which they refer form a binding agreement (“Agreement”) between the individual owner and operator of Overcore (“we”, “us”, or “our”) and you. This Agreement is effective as of the date of your first use of the Site or the date of electronic acceptance, whichever occurs earlier. The terms “you”, “your”, “User”, or “Customer” shall refer to any individual or entity who accesses the Services via Discord authentication or interacts with the Overcore control panel. 2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION & THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATION Overcore provides a specialized management interface (the “Dashboard”) for a Discord bot. Discord Dependency: The Services are integrated with the Discord API. You acknowledge that the availability and functionality of Overcore are dependent on Discord Inc.’s infrastructure. Compliance: Your use of the Services must simultaneously comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. 3. ACCOUNT ACCESS AND SECURITY Access to the Dashboard is managed via Discord’s OAuth2 protocol. We do not store your Discord password. Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the security of your Discord account. Any configuration changes, text inputs, or commands executed through the Dashboard under your authenticated session are deemed to be authorized by you. 4. USER CONTENT AND CONDUCT The Services allow you to input and store data, specifically in text format (e.g., custom commands, automated responses). Ownership: You retain rights to the specific text content you provide, but you grant Overcore a license to process and display this content as necessary to perform the Services. Restrictions: You shall not use the Services to store or transmit content that is unlawful, infringing, or malicious. We reserve the right to sanitize or remove any content that violates these standards. 5. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND TRIAL PERIODS Subscription Models: Access to advanced system modules requires a paid subscription. Free Trial: We may offer a "Free Trial" period. Upon the expiration of the trial, access to premium features will be restricted unless a paid tier is active. Payments: As the provider is an individual (CPF), all payments and billing cycles are handled via third-party secure processors as indicated on the Site. 6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY Except for User-provided text, all content on the Site, including but not limited to the Dashboard architecture, bot logic, source code, UI/UX design, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of the owner of Overcore. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access the Dashboard for its intended purpose. 7. FEEDBACK AND SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS We value technical feedback. If you provide suggestions, bug reports, or feature requests, Overcore agrees not to use such feedback without appropriate credit or compensation, unless a separate written agreement is established between the parties. 8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND SLA "As Is" Basis: The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. No specific uptime (SLA) is guaranteed. Liability: Under no circumstances shall Overcore or its owner be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, Discord server instability, or service interruptions. 9. PROMOTIONS AND SWEEPSTAKES Any promotions, contests, or giveaways offered through the Site or the associated bot are subject to specific rules provided at the time of the event. We reserve the right to disqualify users who attempt to manipulate system logic or exploit vulnerabilities. 10. GOVERNING LAW AND CONTACT This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within the jurisdiction of the owner's residence.
